Villa beating City
Everton beating Newcastle
Chelsea losing
West ham beating Spurs

God has gifted Arsenal an opportunity on Saturday to make an aggressively large statement to the world and PL. Villa have won 14 in a row at home after just beating Man City 1-0 at home. Will need a Xanax for this one.

Winning games late is important to the title. For me, these are the types of games that show us what we are made of.

fricking careless passing in our third.

Lol. Once again decide to start out with our heads up our asses.

Of course a world-class keeper would have saved that.

Should Raya have done better there?

The pressure should be on Villa; they’re the upstarts. But we are playing so far like this stage is too big for us.

He was definitely hung out to dry with our back four’s lack of marking but that was still save-able.

Not a great counter by Havertz and Saka. Needed to do better.

Don’t know why Saka didn’t just have a go. It wasn’t going to get any better.

Passing is very sloppy so far. Almost feels as if they’re still hungover from the Luton win.

Okay I feel a little better. At least we are starting to try and break them down. If we can pull level by the half I’ll feel really good about the second 45.

The Martinelli run (maybe slightly offside) was very good, we need to try and exploit that more. And the Havertz pass inside to Jesus was wonderful. If Ø had finished that I’d feel great going into the second half.

We definitely had some good chances in the first half, just need to put them away

Y’all want my opinion?

I guess I’ll give it anyway… at first I thought it was just a bit too high for him. No big deal. But the replay at half he just flaps at it like he does. So way worse than I originally thought.

He’s not a good goalkeeper when it comes to saves.

Aarons save % away blows his out of the water. But Mikel is willing to die on this hill.

We can win this match. We are getting our chances. But if the football gods offered me a for-sure us getting out of there with one point right now, I’d take it.

His positioning is always bad because of how we play.

He regularly leads the team in recoveries.

He’s not as bad as people say, stats shows he one of our best. But he takes risks. And when he loses it that space is wide open.

I mean the guy should be playing midfield.
