We would still be stupid to sell for that low.

He probably does. I want to keep him. He was so damn promising as a 19 year old.

Gnabry gone for 5 mil. Obviously Arsene didn't see him starting here in the next few years I would think

Would have hoped we'd have gotten more for Gnabry post-Olympics. Ugh.

Also, per Ornacle, like Roma and Jack have agreed, and he's eager to go, but we're holding things up because we're pissed about Roma's handling of our pursuit of Manolas.

Roma would be a great fit for Jack. I don't think he'll play enough for us, barring injury catastrophe, which means he'd play for us.

Make it happen, fellas.

Jack Wilshere set to join Bournemouth. Arsenal rejected Roma, Palace think their bid over & focusing elsewhere

We will see if the curse is real. Mustafi starting for Germany tonight. Muslim Jesus being rested.

On espn3 right now.

It's important that Jack gets minutes but god this sucks that he's being loaned out. I want him to put the pieces together and see his potential, hard to do so when you're constantly injured.

One reason I'm sad to see Jack loaned out: If we win the FA Cup, he will not be at the celebration to start another "What do we think of Tottenham?" chant.

Giroud with a good, first-time finish in France's friendly vs. Italy

Nice. Hopefully this is the beginning of a good run of form. He will almost certainly be starting next weekend. If Giroud can score early then it will give Lucas time to settle.

Good read on Theo's start to the season.

quote:

Walcott has made as many successful tackles this season as he did in the whole of the last campaign (seven). Last season he averaged 0.46 tackles per game, this term it is 2.33 tackles per game. Put simply, he is working much, much harder without the ball.

quote:

things however, seem to have prompted a change in him. Firstly, he was written off by large chunks of the Arsenal fan base and is determined to prove his critics wrong. More importantly, by giving up the demand to be Arsenal’s first choice striker, he seems to have accepted his limitations and status at the club. Walcott is not and never will be the next Thierry Henry, but is proving himself to be a valuable player on his own terms.

The ringer nailed our issues with shape, and didn't even address defensive shape.

did anyone pick up an injury during international break? I didn't hear of any but wasn't able to follow very closely either.
