I would think Danny Williams should be there as well

He should be. If we play a three man midfield he can be the defensive midfielder, although he scored a decent number of goals this season for reading, like five or so.
I don't know if I prefer Cameron as the defensive midfielder or at right center back. It kind of depends on how Miazga and Williams develop at those positions, as I think Cameron is already the best player we have at those positions.
As far as Howard goes, I could see him making the roster as the third keeper. His drop in form two years before the World Cup is concerning though. I could see Guzan, Hamid, and Horvath beating him out two years from now. That said, Klinsmann likes Howard and I could see him brining him just for his experience.
ETA: don't forget about Nagbe, who I believe should already be penciled in as a starter. A midfield three of Bradley, Cameron, and Nagbe would be great.

Yedlin says hello from RB. He should be cemented there if he continues to improve (his pace is world class and gives us a spark).
Cameron is either a CB or CDM in my mind. Danny Williams is a great call for CM/CDM as well. I haven't seen much of Nagbe (rarely watch MLS...) but glad to hear there is another guy in the mix.

Re read what I posted, because I agree with you about Yedlin starting at right back and not Cameron. I said he could maybe start at right center back.

Assuming we actually qualify, which is not a sure thing, then I think 2018 should be considered a program building cycle.
We clearly have a gap in top-class national team talent between the Donovan/Dempsey age group and the current sub 23 year olds. This is not the World Cup for us to chase results as much as it is to build for the future IMO, so we should bring a ton of young guys.

If we find a consistent left back and a consistent spot for Cameron and Fab, then I could see us bringing a very solid squad to Russia.
