Would like to see them put the bulls in shadow stripe fashion. Could be kind of cool.

And LOL at Nike, just a lazy, shite company.

The Kit on the right is supposed to pay tribute to the 20th anniversary of Man city's Wembley 1999 Division 2 playoff win

ETA: Is everyone just assuming Nike is resigning with us? Our deal with them ends this year. Did I miss an extension?

Why not just re-create it? Just a Nike template 100 teams will wear.
It looks like something a tennis player would wear at a non-Grand Slam event.
Awful.

Just looked to be sure....no new info. Just rumors like back in November of a possible Puma deal.

Speaking of Arsenal and kits, I'm very disappointed in the news about them switching to Adidas.

Adidas makes good stuff, but yeah, the stripes will throw off the classic arsenal look.

But Arsenal are getting more money. We we're stuck in such a shite contract with Nike for so long. We had one of the worst kit deals in the premier league until puma.

So I don't mind Arsenal taking the most money. Even if it means switching companies every 4-5 years.

Some of the rumored Nike primary shirts for next season:

Between this season and next, Nike has made my checking account happy.

ETA: Here's a mockup of the entire Barça home kit, the shorts and socks are a dark navy

Are the shorts typically navy? Or, do they usually match the jersey blue? If they are supposed to match, that's a shitty look proposed by Nike.

Recently they've matched. I thought the same thing as you, initially. Apparently this is an homage to some of the early Nike kits. I don't care for the look but at least there's some history behind it.

I don’t get the hate on Nike’s kits. Correct me if I’m wrong here, but aren’t all of these originals? They don’t look like templates to me. And they look really great too IMO.

Well, they're all on the same shirt template. The template itself typically isn't the problem, Nike's lazy design work is. In this instance, these all appear to be unique designs as of now. I'm not a big fan of the gradient at the bottom of the Spurs shirt....but that's a matter of personal taste.

Now, when you look at some of the clash shirts that's where the laziness of their designs are showing. More of the "paint-by-numbers" mindset that's plagued them over the recent years. It makes sense to just do something like this with smaller clubs, but when you're using the same designs with just different colors on the biggest clubs in your portfolio, I consider it lazy and don't care for it. At least with the 2 shirts for City, they've added a few design elements like the subtle hoops on the primary and the pinstripes on the clash. It's also important to note that these are just mock-ups...so the actuals could look quite different.
