City trying to jump in the Pedro race
Apparently we haven't offered anything for him yet, but are keeping the option open if KDB doesn't happen.
Personally, I think Pedro would be a better fit.
ETA: If he even wanted to come here that is.

Norwich were interested in Mattia Destro, but Football Italia says he's going to Bologna.

Guys. I hope this is I the right forum.. If not, I apologise.
Im 42, 43 in November.
Since I was a child, I've supported Rangers, courtesy more if my grandfather than my dad( great guy, just no a football fan)
My grandfather tought me about the great players of his time.. Legends of the club.
I used to ask him about bobby shearer v Gough( my era) he used to say would love to see them together.
My grandfather passed away in 1997,when I was 25...He was 79. He loved me with all his heart, and if, if I was talented enough to play football, at the top level, and I told him I was signing for Celtic, it would have destroyed this proud man.
My grandfather flew with the RAF during world war 2, he was a navigator. To this day, I miss him, and actually glad he doesn't see the so called rangers fans footballers of today he flew over Germany every night for 4 years, to give them the choice to sign for the club he hated.

Reading where we've rejected a loan bid for Sakho...

After a £1.4m offer was accepted by Bolton Wanderers for defender Tim Ream, there could be a twist in the tale as he now looks set to join Fulham. That's according to NBC Sports.
According to their sources, it is now “highly likely” that the 27-year-old will sign for Fulham instead of QPR after they tabled a comparable bid.

Everton are in talks with River Plate over the transfer of defender Ramiro Funes Mori.
Blues boss Roberto Martinez wants to bolster his options at centre-half this summer following the departures of Sylvain Distin and Antolin Alcaraz.
And the Catalan sees the 24-year-old Argentina international as the player to put pressure on Phil Jagielka and John Stones at the heart of the Everton defence.
Everton will have to pay around £5.5m to land the River Plate man who helped his club win the Copa Libertadores this season but are hopeful of being able to tie up a deal.
Martinez remains insistent that Stones is not for sale despite the advances of Chelsea and sees Mori, who has one cap for his country, as the man to provide the 21-year-old and Jagielka with immediate competition for their place at Goodison.
Everton have been to South America to watch the 6’2” defender who has been credited with playing a major role in River Plate’s recent revival which has seen them lift trophies including the Copa Libertadores and the Argentina Primera Division Superfinal last May.
would be a cheeky signing, very good defender, could be worth quadruple that amount soon

Seems likely since our DS Sabatini tried to buy Sahko the summer he went to Liverpool.
I did kind of wonder why Sabatini thought Liverpool would be willing to loan him out (and probably with some type option)?
It's not that Sahko would even be going to a different situation at Roma since he'd be in a rotation of at mainly three CBs (Manolas, Castan) unless there's some "inside" knowledge that Rogers isn't that keen on Sakho?
Roma seems close to signing Rüdiger from Stuttgart but think that's more going to be the "young guy with high potential" than someone that would be seen as first choice if Castan is slow to regain his form.
If had €40m lying around I'd love to just "gift" Marquinhos back to Roma.

That's the biggest question mark... To many LFC supporters, he's easily our best CB, though for some reason, Rodgers chooses to go with Lovren... even after the putrid season he's had...
There are some theories going around that Rodgers has till December to prove his worth, so he's going all in with "his" guys.. Lovren was his buy, Sakho was the committees... you can't make this stuff up..
