I kind of passed out and just semi-rallied enough to post the following: I've haven't been this annoyed and pissed at a team I love since the Cubs bought Milton freaking Bradley one year, then freaking Xavier Nady the next. Why are we spending all of this money, especially on Milner or whatever the freak. Ireland is just as good and hasn't been absolutely made to look like a fool by Cherundalo. If Mancini continues to field a ridiculous XI, then I may fly to city and beat the piss out of him

If City plays the same ridiculous formation as last week, the best they will be able to muster is a draw. 2-1 Pool is my prediction.

Looks like the new formation is working for us. City is looking really good.

he didn't play today. We played the b-team more or less and won handedly.
MCFC official website crashed from people trying to watch the live match today.
Sunderland is up this weekend, so hopefully we get to see him play
Hendo, you seen Mario's website?

Emmanuel Adebayor joins Mario Balotelli on the sidelines, which means Mancini is left with just Carlos Tevez and Jo in attack as Roque Santa Cruz was not included in their initial Europa League squad.

Joleon Lescott is still sidelined, but Wayne Bridge is set to start at left-back for his first appearance of the season following an ankle injury.
Young Irishman Greg Cunningham has been included as cover for Bridge.
