back to the soccer, it looks like the USMNT might've leaked a potential starting lineup in this video. LINK

it has:

RB: Dest
RCB: Miazga
LCB: Brooks
LB: Antonee Robinson
CDM: Adams
CM: McKennie
CM: Lletget
LW: Konrad
ST: Gioacchini
RW: Reyna

I was really hoping to see Musah over Lletget. There's no guarantee he'll ever play for us in another window so it'd be nice to make an impression.

Yeah, I'd go Musah over Lletget too. I don't want to bend over backwards and beg him to join, but I think we should give him a lot of opportunity to feature with the team.

Eh, he can start against Panama. I get we are trying to impress him and all but Gregg has also got to manage egos and it’s a bad look to start a 17 year old who may or may not play with us over a veteran player/regular who could very well make the next World Cup roster.

This is my preferred lineup. Only change I might make is Weah or Llanez over Konrad but it’s 6 of one half dozen the other.

I guess, but it can also look bad from an ego standpoint that a guy that originally wasn’t called into camp gets the start over someone who was.

He's going to play. I don't think it really matters if it's as a starter or as a sub. As a sub, he'll likely replace either McKennie or Lletget. He'll get to watch them for at least 45 minutes before coming on. This is still the first time he's ever been involved with our team, and I think he was one of the last players to arrive.

I agree with this if it was for someone other than lletget. I have zero issue with pissing off lletget.

This is going to be the case for quite a few guys.

I'm not hating on Seb starting over Musah, just pointing out that it won't be because of ego or lack of practice.

Yeah, but I think almost everyone else besides Goacchini has at least played with some of the other guys prior to this week.

I'm sure it's probably regional dialect or whatever, but it sure does sound condescending calling him boy

Give me Musah over Lletget easily. Musah is definitely more talented and you got to pull out all the stops to ensure you can keep him. The reason he'd pick the USA over England is because playing time would be scarce for England.

Secure him and you have another talented youngster to build around. If you want to contend with the big boys then you need to win battles like these with Musah. If Lletget doesn't like it in friendlies then tough shite

If there was actual injustice and racism going on I think most people wouldn’t have a problem with it. The problem is that most of the times the reason they kneeled for has been complete horse shite and didn’t actually have anything to do with racism in America. Just because you say something is racist doesn’t meant it is. Give me something tangible and provable and I’ll be right there kneeling with you. Until then I’m gonna roll my eyes because you think Michael Brown got shot because he was black

nailed it
