You said sugar is sugar insinuating that HFCS is just like table sugar. I didnt make any claims about whether one is healthy or not...YOU DID. I was responding to the stupid comment "sugar is sugar" There are different types of sugar. Glucose, Fructose, Lactose. Sucrose is glucose and fructose. The body responds differently to all these sugars....so no, not all sugars are the same.
