Why not?
Our Cabinet members and others have lives, they also have travel and security requirements. If they pay what they are told they owe there is NO bad look.
I *will* say, if constant travel and vacations become habitual for ANY of them- I will be the first in line to bitch and moan.
I don't believe we have a lot of Buttigedge like people in our current Executive Branch.

So you want Kash to break the law.

Patel had “significantly limited” personal trips compared with his predecessors Chris Wray and James Comey.
LOL.
Patel's private jet use has been a topic for months
There is an easy way to clear this up, odd that Patel chose not to do it.

He’s not allowed to fly public you bunch of cucks.
Posted on 11/2/25 at 9:24 pm to TFH
still doesn't explain why he fired the director

Are we supposed to pay for his personal endeavors?
According to the Kashbots on the board, yes.

pay for your own private jet
He can't.
FBI Director is one of several government positions that require all trips to be on government planes due to the need for secure comms at all times.
He legally cannot fly commercial or via private plane.

You’ve missed the point my friend. It’s his third hire for the same role in less than a year.

On Saturday, April 5, the narrow-body jet took a 57-minute flight to Stewart International Airport, a short drive from West Point, where Patel made an appearance at a charity hockey event hosted by the FBI.
So he flew a government plane which he is legally obligated to do to an FBI event?
Are you fricking serious with this?

Kash Patel did not hire or appoint Steven Palmer to the acting head position at the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).
If you have different information let me know.
This just seems like BS.
And your sources are notably anti Trump.
And I never knew about Wray’s use of plane or not use of a plane. Conservatives aren’t trying to track his plane to hunt him down. And these news outlets never questioned his use of a plane.
This is just selective outrage. And the FBI has nothing to do with a shutdown. I’d hope they would keep operating while Congress is throwing their toys out the pram. Patel paid for the October 25th flight.
This is from cbs. If you are on the right you are getting played. If you are a Dem, well yeah you will be outraged.

"The Judiciary Committee must investigate Director Patel's apparent misuse of taxpayer dollars," said U.S. Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin of Illinois. "The American people expect an FBI Director who focuses on the security and safety of the nation, not someone wrapped up in the trappings of the spotlight."
My suggestion would be to not believe Dick Durbin or the Daily Beast. The news pretty much takes one source and circulates it to various places so when you search, you find the exit same lying by omission from all of them.

Are you idiots really this retarded? Do you really think top level govt officials can just hop aboard whatever fricking plane they fancy? Sure, let’s have some random arse unvetted pilot hauling around the director of the fbi in a fricking plane that hasn’t been inspected and monitored by members of law enforcement, the fbi and the military.

The Cabinet can use their jets for personal use paying coach fare. Pelosi does it 2x a week.
The fleet specifically for congress and cabinet junkets, this does not include depts that have their own specific fleet like FBI....
The specific aircraft available for these missions are operated by the 89th Airlift Wing at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, and other units, and include:
Four C-32As (military version of the Boeing 757-200).
Almost a dozen C-40s (military version of the Boeing 737-700 business jet) in various configurations (B and C models).
A number of C-20s and C-37s (military versions of Gulfstream business jets).
They typically use the larger planes for their "trade junkets". Pelosi takes a staff of 40 to go sign a deal (with her son as a silent partner) in Taiwan, right after she got the CHIPS bill shoved through, then a week in Italy for the whole crew to relax from the exhausting endeavor.

Its the third person within one of the depts of the fbi, not the same position.

“Strain at a gnat and swallow a camel”. The last FBI Director aided stealing the election for POTUS and then stood by while the Border was opened and thousands of terrorists were invited into this Nation via massive subsidies. But Wray did sic his dogs on the mother who went to the school board meeting to object to the Trans Rapist being allowed to prey on her Daughter.
Disgusting. I’m glad they fired that TDS traitor. We are teetering on the edge. Lead, follow or get out of the way.
Patel is in the trenches and deserves the perks. Good on him.
