Twitter is a private company. Freedom of speech regards government censorship. Are you worried the president of the United States doesn’t have a platform to articulate his ideas now that Twitter banned him? This is so silly I can’t believe I even responded to this post.

Dude has been massively violating Twitter's TOS for years. They let him keep his account before because he was POTUS. He ain't gonna be POTUS anymore and he keeps saying stupid shite.

And at the same time, could trump hotel be sued for allowing activities to occur on its property that damages other guests? Shouldn’t Twitter be subject to suit whenever anyone on their platform says something damaging? If they are going to police and remove some content, they need to be liable for ALL the other content they leave up or else lose 230 protection.

I disagree with banning a sitting presidents account. He is a world leader and I do think he should still be able to post.
But also he should be banned on Jan 20 as he is no longer a world leader and any one of us would be banned for the things he has said on Twitter.
