Some of these they are giving them more than a year to find a replacement ingredient. Red Dye 40 is one I believe.
A lot of the ingredients don't need a replacement, they just need to be removed.

If we only get 10% of unnecessary artificial ingredients out of our food, that's 10% less than we'd have had otherwise.
But as the Left loves to say, 'we're starting a conversation' on this issue. And thankfully RFK Jr, at least on this matter, is doing more than talking. Unlike others in the administration.

It really is ridiculous what we have allowed food producers to put in our food when they could have done it differently...

It’s all about marketing and money and profits!

I've been eating Skittles from a UK import shop for almost a year, and with the lone exception of the blackcurrant flavo(u)r, both the normal red pack and light blue Tropical pack are VASTLY superior to the US versions and there's a lot of unnecessary horse shite in ours that is forbidden by law to be put in theirs.

More like it is all about lobbying our government officials...

It’s skittles. Most people that eat them regularly aren’t exactly health conscious.

No one is saying to put them in a salad. I don't know that it's unrealistic to hope that our candy isn't made with petroleum distillates and established carcinogens, though.

First, there's a lot of space in between "health conscious" and being unnecessarily slowly poisoned by additives you don't even know exist.
Second, a lot of people eating skittles are children. They sure as heck aren't thinking about US additives vs UK additives. They also have 60+ years ahead of them to accumulate the negative in their bodies.

In this case but our processed foods are full of crap that shouldn't be in there... Maybe the candy is the low hanging fruit to go after first....

Now they need to get rid of the gay/tranny wrappers

They make it already in Europe without this…I don’t think that is correct.

Friend is allergic to 40. Breaks her out in hives and makes breathing difficult.
Got her the Canadian fruit loops. She was in heaven. Tastes the same and didn't have that crap in it.

I am happy that they are removing this poison from food. I am allergic to it and it is in most pharmaceuticals and OTC drugs that are in tablet form.
It took years for me to figure out what was causing the symptoms I was experiencing and avoiding Ti O2, eliminated it.
It is difficult to see the sheer numbers of products that contain this poison, and the only reason they include this is to increase the brightness and color of their product.
OTC products list the active and inactive ingredients on their labeling, but prescription drugs generally do not. It is much more difficult to determine if titanium dioxide is in the pill that you are taking and requires an internet search.
Good luck finding a tooth paste that does not contain Ti 02.

So far, he's the only bright spot. Time for those in the law enforcement positions to start shining.

Since women do the majority of grocery shopping, it's to appeal to mommies. These are the same chicks who complain about microplastics, but then will only choose the most perfect tomato.

You’re one ungrateful mofo. You have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes in the administration. The mess this group of people are having to clean up while being fought every step with a way is unimaginable. Maybe instead of being a giant low iq douche, you could support the people that are actually fighting for good. Instead of being a giant pussy..
