You just need the numbers in the Senate to work to impeach is the game plan. Trump has enough anti-Trumps in the Republican Party to potentially make it happen.

Nixon and Clinton were both charged with obstruction

Not in the most common aspect or definition of being “charged”. They were never charged in a court of law.
Nixon was only officially accused/charged by the House Judiciary Committee 27-11. Before whole House voted he resign and matters were allowed to rest.
Clinton was accused/charged by the whole House 221-212 and an article of impeachment was presented to the Senate.

Dershowitz paints a pretty specific scenario

Exactly. Specifically Mueller cannot charge (legally) only accuse (politically). Even the House can only politically not legally charge POTUS with articles of impeachment.

You're not smart enough to think for yourself

The vast majority of Americans are. But many have been mislead by DNC/MSM Political Complex into ignorantly believing that Mueller will enter a Federal Court and charge Trump.

are you stupid? the SP is investigating Trump's admin for obstruction of justice right now, what do think would be the results if Trump tried to have the SP fired. hence the word 'potential'

no he knows what he doing, hes on Fox. he is not going to argue the point because he has a producer in his ear. when he is on Cnn they argue the corrupt intent written into the obstruction of justice statute because its an important concept in light of Trump's potential actions towards the SP

Do you even know who Alan Dershowitz is??
Geesh.

You’re having a mental breakdown

The filth is trying to perpetuate a scenario in which Trump can be investigated forever under the guise of “well if he does anything about it he’s guilty”

The optics are created by the media, so the optics are biased and will always be bad for a republican,

Clinton was impeached for lying under oath. Something Scooter Libby, and everyone else who lies under oath, goes to jail for.

Nixon refused to turn over White House tapes that were under subpoena and related to the break in and cover up at Watergate hotel.

Nixon's "obstruction" was refusing a duly authorized subpoena that related directly to that break in.

It was also alleged that Nixon ordered the destruction, like Hilary did, of evidence that investigators wanted.

The only comparison between Nixon and now is a question of abuse of the power of office.
Now the abuses of power is being carried out by the political fan boys and girls that head, but shouldn't, fed agencies.

Does a SC have the legal authority to charge in the criminal court someone of a crime?

He has the authority to bring charges to the AG

He's not restricted to "accusing (politically)"

Just get over it already. You have another 7 years of Trump, that's a long time to cry and complain.
