It's real easy to put in a no fly zone if the Russian Military is that weak.
So why hasn't NATO and the rest just end this?
Because Russia has enough nukes to get past NATO's missile defense systems. The US's and NATO's missile defense system could probably intercept the missiles before they hit the USA but it can not intercept them all before cities like Tallinn, Warsaw, Berlin, Paris, London, etc are hit.
Russia's conventional military is weaker than what we are believed 2 weeks ago and it's terribly mismanaged. If all NATO had to worry about was the Russian conventional forces then it probably would have unleashed Polish and German and American tanks on Ukraine a week ago and NATO fighters 10 days ago, but we cannot because Russia has a lot of nukes.

If Russia wanted to invade Ukraine and take over, it would be no problem. It just seems like Putin has the military holding back and not being overly aggressive for reasons not causing any civilian casualties.

They never recovered from WW2 and gave up on the militaries. It just seems like they want to rely on the U.S for everything. Very lazy of them.

You're really struggling with this? NATO goes in it becomes a nuclear battle between viable nuclear powers.
As long as it's Russia and Ukraine it remains a regional, non nuclear battle.

Tell that to the dead civilians on the side of the road who were trying to flee in one of Putin's humanitarian corridors. Putin has taken the gloves off over the last week. It just appears like his military leaders got their posts based on how well they kissed Putin's arse not how well they did their job.

Because of our leadership and they way we currently fight.
None of this is can be blamed on our soldiers.
Capitulation and to some extent siege(staving them into Capitulation) is the only way you can win a war.

This is incorrect and nothing more than propaganda.
Did we expect to conquer Iraq and install a puppet regime in a week? Hell no we didn't and anyone who thinks russia thought they could do that in a week is either an idiot or blinded by media.
