I can still navigate to my curated feed of specific news sources, but only after I get past the conflict merchants of the “For You” feed it forces you to start in.
Hell, even my follows are drifting into more provocative framing. The platform is geared much more to “engagement” than just broadcasting.
I hate being manipulated, and I am sick and tired of this becoming how this country communicates.

I simply avoid X and all the others.
The good stuff is hidden by so much junk and outrage.
Besides, why do I want to hear from some tranny boy klan member in some random state. I don’t give a frick about their opinions and will never meet them. Posting to replies to such scum seems silly to me.

Yes, there's much of that; I've unfollowed several lately, sirens and red lights the main culprit. I've cut my time there to a third of what it was, my main complaint being that influencers seem to be vying only for my anger. And yet anger is very clearly what is needed here to address the looming downfall of W civilization. But Im just weary of being pissed and v little being done to correct it - case in point SAA in Congress.
