Would Trump pardon Clinton?

He’d pardon Flynn and his attorney and his guys. I think he’d leave pardons for Democrats to a Democratic President in 14 years or so when they win again.

I think POTUS would pardon the lesser of the evil.

IF Jeff Sessions ever gets his head out of his arse and the big dominos start to fall, there is only one path that can save Hillary from life in prison:
- Congress must impeach her for her time as SecState, and yes that can be done even after someone has left office; she must be convicted by the Senate and her punishment must be an excoriating report from the impeachment proceedings and the senate with a bar to any future affiliation with the federal govt, and that bar must extend to Chelsea as well due to the depth of the corruption; and HRC must be stripped of her secret service protection.
- DOJ must prosecute HRC on a number of civil violations and extract a large, hefty fine.
- HRC must plea to various criminal offenses and spill the beans on connections, what she did, where our classified information went etc.

If that happens, Trump would perhaps pardon or commute. Otherwise I don't think Trump would simply issue a blanket pardon out of good will.

There is only one person on the earth that HRC cares about: Chelsea. There is no way Chelsea has been reporting income correctly. The CF is Chelsea's standard of living. It paid for her wedding and other things. There's tax fraud in there. Go after Chelsea and HRC will roll over. If not, then tell Chelsea she can let that little toddler of hers grow up with mommy in jail, or she can spill the beans on mom, dad, and all the rest.

Hillary is a vicious, unscrupulous criminal and should be pursued by a vicious prosecutor.

I think if she had accepted her defeat gracefully and retired quietly to private life (as anybody with her past shady dealings would’ve been well-advised to do) there’d be no need for any of this. Winners have the luxury of being magnanimous toward the losers.

But she has no grace nor any dignity. She just couldn’t let it go. She had to #resist. Thus, she’s called the thunder down upon herself. Anything she’s investigated for and charged with...she can take her chances. A pardon is pretty much off the table. And why wouldn’t it be?

Id hope he runs his pardons through the realm of what’s just and fair and not simply party politics. There’s lots of hazy gray area in the discussions but I’d hope party or whether he likes someone isn’t paramount
