Women's pro golf tour updates policy to only allow biological females

It will be interesting to see what happens. These trans people have the lawsuits already written.
Last year the Disc Golf Pro Tour (yes that’s a thing) created a similar rule due to a trans person winning on tour and the ladies getting mad about it.
Trans person got free attorneys to file lawsuits in multiple states. Tour responded with elimination of tournaments in those states. More lawsuits until finally Tour gave in.
They essentially said We don’t believe this is the way. But we are too small of a sport to fight it. We have no money to fight this in court so we are punting in order to not go out of business. Some other league with much bigger funding will have to fight this and win. We will switch back once that happens.
So the question will be is NXXT funded enough to fight this? Because lawsuits will be incoming. It is probably good they are only operating in Florida.

There is no shame in starting a TPGA or TNBA. Let the trans people play all the golf and basketball they want with each other.

Texas passed this type of law for high school sports. However, there are wrestlers how were born female and are well on their way to transitioning to males. Years of hormone therapy, testosterone shots, etc and their bodies look nothing like a female’s body. Thankfully, wrestlers are divided by relatively small weight classes so a very skilled girl wrestler can beat a trans wrestler most of the time. But the sheer strength of the trans wrestlers is enough to dominate against female wrestlers of similar or slightly better skill.

Lawsuits aren’t what they are worrying about. What they a worrying about is will they have tournament sponsors are will the left attack the sponsors to pull sponsorships thus killing the events…..
