Gays can have a legally binding agreement.

Voting should be real property owners and active and honorably discharged US military.

Did you see the “as a whole” that I put there?

Sure there are some that are alright, but on the whole they’re an incredibly dangerous voting group.

Yes, he gave Rib Woman to Dust Man. That’s the kind of Bronze Age myth we need influencing our government policies.

It’s always eye opening to discover that there are people who claim to believe in the Old Testament who walk amongst us. Or, you just conveniently use it to justify your terrible views towards women.0

Two thirds of abortions are black or Hispanic. Id imagine the posters in this thread would be happy with that.

I think that's irrelevant, abortion is universally bad outside of rape.

A simplified version that accomplishes much of your goal is to make it that to apply for Section 8, SNAP, EITC, you need a document from the Registrar of Voters that you have declared yourself indigent and asked to be temporarily removed from the voter rolls. One year off the dole and you get your voting privileges back. You can have the vote or you can have free Twinkies. You can't have both.

You are an unwashed heathen. You need to denounce your sinful ways and become a Christian.

I think you’re actually a Muslim. Check it out, there are countries out there that might be right up your alley. They even believe that they come from Dust Man and Rib Woman, just like you. Look into it.

Do I really have to justify a smartass answer?

If I do.

How did they gain the priviledge? Can the same method be used to take the priviledge back?

I would settle for having to pass the same test immigrants take to become a citizen. A civics\history test. Must make over 80% or you cant vote.

Just exempt welfare recipients from voting. That includes SS.

Are you going to exempt women from paying taxes? It's been many years since I've been in a history classroom but wasn't there some big to-do about "taxation without representation".

Abolish the 16th?

Sounds like a plan.

Ladies, for the good of the rest of us, you may no longer vote.

Through a seven decade or so long process which included picketing, hunger strikes, marches, pressuring legislators, and lawsuits, among other methods, to finally constitutionally enshrine the right to vote. In addition, by the time the 19th amendment passed, 17 or 18 states already allowed women to vote.

I don’t think those in favor of preventing women from voting will be able to use the same methods, let alone have enough energy to sustain a decades-long campaign.

What is bound by God is more important than what is bound by man. A piece of paper is irrelevant.

And that is your belief but the fact is your beliefs nor mine carry any weight in the legality of marriage in America....but that " piece of paper" does.

The great thing in America is you have the right to your beliefs but you don't have the right to demand others agree.

Same argument I use against transgender it can believe it's a different gender but it doesn't have the right to demand I agree.
