I have come to the conclusion the powers that be are using these school shootings to remove guns from American citizens.

Everywhere there is a gooooooooooooooooberment building, though gun freee, security is provided.

Except schools. Stop sending your kids to gun free schools.

"Like it or not, we now live in a country where Democrats and the corporate media invite and incentivize school shootings in the hopes that enough of them result in disarming the American public".

The school in Nashville is a private school. They are free to have armed security if they want. No one is preventing it.

I’m sure all of us here grew up with guns and could’ve taken a school shooter at any point. Like even when we were kids. Its always weird libs that don’t know how to use guns

And they probably have some normal teachers that know how to use guns too

Interesting. Was this private school a gun free zone? If so, has this private school opened itself up to suits related to denying 2A rights to US citizens?

We should just stop sending our kids to school, period. Why send our kids to a place so that they can grow up to be addicted to meth, gay, dead, or a combination thereof?

How much did any of us on this board actually learn in school?

I assume this private school didn't have a security person. It's probably a big expense if the school doesn't have a large number of students.

Every school should have one cop per 200 students with their own CCTV system for constant monitoring and the ability to mobilize all over the school at all times.

That's where we're headed. Somebody comes running up on the school with guns gets absolutely smoked before they can make it through the front door.

Private School is private property. As such they can determine whether they want firearms on the property. If as a parent or teacher you don't like it, you are free to exercise your right in another venue. I'm not against guns, I'm all for private property rights.

Where I live in Alabama, the elementary, middle, junior high, and high schools have had armed police at each school for 20 years

Single Entrance door, with multiple Exit doors. Not that it will matter in the long run as terrorist will hit the buses if they want to hit children.

Arming the teachers doesn't work because half the teachers are too stupid to safely operate a whistle.

One of the responsibilities associated with living is being ableto protect yourself. The teachers, custodians, principals, coaches, etc., in other words the adults in the facility must be allowed to protect themselves.

It is a natural God given right. These sick twisted killers of innocent people will always choose the path of least resistance.

It is time to either put up as well as teach some resistance or parents needto pull their kids out of Gun Free schools.
