Unfortunately, I don't practice immigration law. It looks to be busy soon

Aldo, per your other question, I don't know a way for public access to the I-589. It doesn't appear to be available with a FOIA request USCIS either

This isn’t correct, though. Earlier mentions of Guatemala might be the same detritus. But it’s listed before the conclusion, pretty sure.
