Thats another case... This one is solely about those two lying to the court about when their love affair started.
On pleadings, they claimed it was March 2022, after he was promoted to the case, but we all know it was before that and the reason he was promoted.
As for the other, blue dress got Fani to admit on the stand that she kept their affair hidden, when she had a legal obligation to inform the state that she was intimate with an employee/contractor.

But obviously the biggest thing I got from yesterday was her clear admission of a felony (personal use of campaign funds) ...
There needs to be an audit of the DA office executed immediately and claims of "all cash, no receipts" will be her ultimate undoing in political life.
She'll get the MSNBC gig and go about life as a political martyr, similar to gaptooth who still claims she won in 2016 and 2020 ...

I think they know/knew their goose is cooked and rather than give a meaculpa they went with the hail Mary "cash defense". They're just stupid enough to think it'll work and their lawyers be "we don't want no part o dat" and said good luck.
