No. She just sucks. This is the most important case she has ever had. She brought this whale in - and she’s completely screwed it up. So she has to wait for the competent lawyers to do cleanup.

He's never going to admit to anything. They need to put Merchant on the stand (which would disqualify her as a witness in the cause) and have her authenticate the text messages and the conversations with Bradley.
