I think the problem with the BLM movement is the actual BLM organization, not the sentiment that black lives matter. I think most of us agree that black lives absolutely matter, just like the lives of every other person matter. The organization, however, just turns everything into a tribal us vs. them thing, instead of working to actually improve racial relations or community and police relations.

Well, it's a good thing I don't debate black lies matters then. I simply mock them for the useful idiots they are being used as.

Wouldn't mind some hardcore, substantive "debates" with their leadership focusing on their claim of being "trained Marxists."
What is the extent of their knowledge of the ideology.
Or was it solely to grab onto a "slogan" strictly for shock, intimidation, and disgust value.
It's cultural appropriation which historically they've postured contempt for.
Notice with the outcry, they immediately struck it from their website.
Relinquish that image so easily? Doesn't seem to be the actions of dedicated, doctrinaire ideologues for that particular system.
Personally believe that upon closer examination they would show as much knowledge of uncle Karl as they have of Groucho and his brothers.
Smith had his career extended by that Director Barry Sonnenfeld who according to one interview heard appears to have more than just a professional interest in him.
He forced him into that surprising role In the movie The WIld, Wild West.
Really? Go from Bob Conrad in the role to Smith?
In the interview, Sonnenfeld's unsolicited physical description of Smith compares with the physical description by Oscar Wilde of the young Dorian Gray in his novel.
Both descriptions hint strongly of Freudian interests in the male of the species.
