Could you imagine if Scalia was still alive and was in Scumbag Ruthie's shape and sHitlary had been nominated President?

First, no one would care about the muh Russians because sHitlary won.

Second, every f*cking news broadcast on ABC, NBC, CBS, PMSNBC, the Clinton News Network, and the front page of of the WashPo and NYT would be completely dedicated to calling for Scalia to resign.

SNL would never have gone on hiatus and would have hour-long shows of nothing more than "Weekend at Antonin's" where they mocked Scalia relentlessly.

Does anyone think SNL will ever do a "Weekend at Scumbag Ruthie's"?

Did Scalia? Rhenquist? What's your point or are you just a right wing commie robot spitting out talking points?

You mean ever PERIOD. There were actually quite a few liberals mad at her for not retiring while Obama was in office so that he could choose her successor.

What are the odds that an 84 year old is sharp enough to be rendering legal decisions affecting the entire country?

I'm hopeful that if Kennedy retires soon and Trump gets another Gorsuch on the bench, she will see the futility of her crusade and step down to spend her last few months/years with family (and friends? ).

The most likely outcome is that she stays on until she dies.

There really needs to be a mental fitness evaluation every year for people in positions like this.

How do you propose that be done without it being weaponized by politics? I can just imagine the melt on this board the first time a democrat POTUS removes a conservative justice for being mentally incompetent. Ironically, this board would cheer if a republican did the same thing to a liberal justice. Strange how that works, isn't it?

I'm convinced she's "bernie" while breyer and Sotomayor are"Larry and Richard."

If you look closely you can see the fishing line tied to her arms.

There are dozens of mental fitness exams out there that are recognized by medical and mental health boards, pick any one. Strange how that works, isn't it?

Once again if Paul Ryan had any balls he could start impeachment hearings against even a Supreme Court Justice , since "high crimes" is such a nebulous term.

She clearly shouldn't be in her position any more.

I don't wish for her to die though. That is just uncalled for.

She's already dead. Electrodes embedded in her muscles, which respond to signals (wireless) from a control device, give the appearance of life. She walks, she talks, she crawls on her belly like a reptile. It's the ones embedded in her face that give the handlers trouble. Occasionally, like during State of the Union Speeches the muscles freeze (rigor mortis) and she slumps over giving the appearance she's napping.

It's rumored Nancy Pelosi is equipped with the same device but they're having trouble with the voice modulation. Darned device and problems with software keeps creating these odd comments and sort of a brain freeze appearance.

Stay tuned.
