Do you think his legal fees would have ended up more or less than $148M?
He could have represented himself, if need be.

No it's not

"What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state."
That's the reference quote.
Trump did not request 315,001 votes

JFC. You are gone… You are so broken by TDS you cannot even admit when actual fraud is exposed… again… and again… and again.
Pathetic.

So he wasn’t right? I can’t tell by your victim shaming, TDS ramble.

Represent yourself.
Sounds like something a respectable attorney would strongly advise against.
No wonder you suggested it.

I don't think you have a fundamental understanding of what's being discussed in these stories, and it shows.

If you have options, sure.
If the other side is a $100M+ judgment? I don't think many attorneys would agree that's a smart strategy.

However, the things people will sign or "admit to" in the context of a trial do not in any way mean that they are actually guilty of whatever they copped to. It's most often just a legal strategy.
Exactly. He knows this as an attorney… but he can’t fight letting his TDS, demonstrated here numerous times daily, take over.

Your delusion is making you illiterate at this point.
You can agree or disagree with that stupid tweet, but your comment does not invalidate it.

So you're saying he had bad counsel?
I mean, if this board is representative, most lawyers are buffoons, so maybe.

My assumption was brain damage from long term alcoholism
If that's the case, then why do you believe what he said about himself?
If he wasn't mentally competent, how do you point to his confession statements with any confidence?

Why would heavily DEM Fulton country risk losing 315k votes that would be dominated by Biden votes?
Because the allegations are not that these were "new" or "added" votes for a "steal".
Yes, in theory, had this been caught/litigated, it could have swung GA for Trump, but not due to a pro-Biden scheme. And this wouldn't have flipped the election, either.
And none of this falls within the allegations made by Rudy
