Republicans better go vote, otherwise Trump will face impeachment after impeachment

If the Democrats won Congress, “impeachment after impeachment” may not necessarily be a bad thing, as it would keep them from devoting their attention to other things that might (or likely would) have an actual lasting impact. Very bad lasting impacts.

Their efforts to impeach Trump, yet again, would be highly unlikely to succeed in the end, removal, that is. So them wasting their time on stupid impeachment proceedings would be the best case scenario, should they take power subsequent to midterms. But as you correctly stated at the beginning, Republicans getting out and overcoming any potential problems/crises by sheer overwhelming numbers would certainly be ideal.

No they are toast. Democrats will gain 25-30 seats in the House. Senate might still be GOP if they catch some breaks.

No, it will never be implemented by executive order and Republicans are too incompetent to pass it. They are more beholden to Senate procedures than the voters

I’ve never for one second had a doomsday scenario outlook for the midterms either way

IDK. IIRC the states have until 2028 to implement the changes. Plus you know that the democrats will sue if it passes.

I’ve honestly thought this is the issue in non presidential elections.

I think many get excited to vote for Trump, but don’t care about smaller elections.

It's ignorance. People think the president makes more of a difference than he actually does. Even the people who actually had civics and government classes seem to have forgotten that 90% of everything begins in Congress.

Ive read the recent Save America Act. It does require a verified ID when you go to vote…not trying to be a wise guy….this is important. Not just illegals, but, more important, it stops them stealing legitimate citizens identification and casting vote for them…
