The judiciary is attempting to rule everything with no checks or balances. The legislature is trying to reign them in so they can have a functioning government. Nothing says democracy like an all powerful self perpetuating ruling elite, huh?

No, they won't but even if they do I don't care if that is what the people want. American style representative democracy isn't for everyone - hell it's barely worth it for America now. I just can't be bothered to care at all about what other nations are doing outside of it affecting America and this does not.
