I think it'll happen.
There will be a mask mandate in place between sometime very soon and then though.
Probably will call for a lot of events and balls to be cancelled.

Believe me, I’m not trying to give her any credit. But quite frankly I’m shocked that she hasn’t instituted additional restrictions in NOLA.

I said 2 weeks ago it was a no....I'm still thinking it will be a no...my question is when do they announce it. I'm guessing when hospitalizations make it back up to around 800-1000 in the state that that will do it.

It will happen. Too much has already gone into getting the logistics ready on the city side and on the krewe side. LaToya is terrible, and the city council isn't much better, but the train has already left the station.
