Because that's ALWAYS the 1st thing the Left runs with, even while the bodies are still warm. Conservative commentarors have always avoided going down that road initially, at least until MSM starts bleating about gun control.

Of course he will be charged. It's Oregon. Most of us would have done the same thing under the same circumstances. I, for sure, wouldn't stand by while a gunman was shooting students inside the same school where my kids were located. Too bad I can't be on the jury when they have his trial.
