they know exactly where they are being loaded.

If Trump were to strike that, in Venezuelan territory, you now have an international conflict in which the UN or ICC can now weigh in.

By waiting until they are in international waters (combined with them being a declared terrorist org) you both satisfy the verification process and keep it to a non-international armed conflict.

If Venezuela registers and flags these vessels or we hit them on their territory those conditions are not met.

the juice is worth the squeeze...tens of millions $$$ per load...the strikes wont stop them, the only thing that will is if they start hitting the leadership and they wont do that (at least not yet), I think the big fear is if they kill a boss, the retaliation in the states will involve a mass casualty event (just an opinion)

Maybe the recruits are in an information void and have no idea that people are never coming back.

Druglords don't care if they are risky. Decoys? I was in a small town when GWBush came through on the back of a train waving. Helicopters were flying.

There were actually TWO identical trains. One was a decoy.

Ironically the higher the price of the drug, the more smugglers you will have.

Fighting supply is a retards vice. It has failed for 60 years and is failing now.

its the demand, its lucrative, you will always have new suppliers.
Teenagers have a demand for alcohol and tobacco. Yet somehow, we are able to curb the supply that is looking to fill that need. Do some still get it? yes, but not nearly as much if we allow the sale of alcohol/tobacco to teens. We curbed the supply by setting the punishment for meeting the demand above the level of the benefit the suppliers received for supplying the demand.

This has NEVER been the case with the drug "war" before now. The punishment for meeting the demand has never been at the level it is now. Keep the punishment at the level of death and the supply will remain decreased without anyone willing to get into the market to meet the demand, because the cost will be too high for the supplier.

There is no way to stop some people from wanting and looking for drugs.

Strange. Kids who want drugs and alcohol can easily find drugs and alcohol.

The black market is thriving, govt regulations create the black market.

Not like they would if you could just go buy it at the convenience store.

You can't stop bad people from doing bad things.

Even if drugs were legal, there would be an age limit. That wouldnt stop kids from getting drugs.

The black market is as viable and in some cases more viable than legal markets.

Murder is illegal and people still murder, so you think we should just legalize and stop prosecuting murder?

Kill enough of the drug dealers and they'll quit coming.

Get cross ways with cartel, and they give you 2 options:

1. Run decoy boat
2. Tortured slowly and brutally

What would you choose?

I suspect you have a court ordered caretaker, to be honest. Probably need your hard drive checked as well.
