Why you will never see the DOJ go after an indictment of Trump

The DOJ would never want discovery of all the lies that have been told. The Jan 6 commission doesn’t have to have discovery of evidence like in a legal trial. They don’t care about the truth only to try to weaken Trump politically.

She didn’t even have them in the right vehicle. She claimed it was the limo and pictures clearly show he was in the SUV.
She claimed he lunged, there was an agent between Trump and the steering wheel, it wasn’t physically possible to do what she suggested.
Option 1: the lead agent in the secret service detail who supposedly shared this story with her and who is arguably the most experienced agent in the US with 15 years on the job had all the details wrong
Option 2: she took a rumor and made up a story for her own personal advancement.
Keep in mind, this woman was so traumatized with what she “saw” on 1/6 that she… planned to move to mar a lago to support Trumps organization post inauguration.
Just another swamp creature chasing a job and a book deal.

like the DOJ cares about Discovery when they have a tainted jury and don't have to go far to judge shop. I am sick of hearing for years now....ohhhhh DECLAS, and Clinesmith sang like a bird because que asked what do birds do at dawn 4 years ago. and we will get them with DISCOVERY.
Where have you been hiding? The judge will seal exculpatory evidence. Or simply just leave out the parts they don't want people to hear to their media on speed dial.
They know Trump would have a team of lawyers and he would fight. They also don't GAF about setting precedent about arresting a former President.
The false Cassidy testimony threw a big wrench at the DOJ. But they have Plan A, B, C, D, They are on about plan C.

You just watched Maxwell be sentenced 20 years for trafficking girls. Now trafficking would mean she was handling them for some man to commit an offence. But somehow she was found guilty without ever producing one man who actually touched the girls????? A hell of a feat in legal gymnastics that would have made Biles look elementary by comparison.
This doj can do anything they want and they know it.
