Why would anyone want to be a police officer?

Shitty pay. High risk. No support from civic leaders. Bad mouthed by national leaders. High probability of being screwed.

I don't get it.

And a large segment of the population will say you were wrong no matter what you did or what the circumstances are.

My 8-year-old daughter has said for at least a couple years that she'd like to be a police officer when she grows-up. I used to encourage her, but lately, I just don't know...

Agree with most service jobs. Same with teachers but when teachers have sex with minors, half the world doesn't try to justify their actions.

Police officers should be held to a higher standard.

But defund them so that they can’t be trained, pay them shite and hold them to an impossible standard. I don’t see too many people signing up for that

I don't think anyone disagrees with this.

That’s why most police come from the bottom of the barrel.

By design

Wait until we have autonomous drones and AI policing streets...

MIC figgin to eat
They are playing both sides

The thugs and their supporters do not understand they are being played as we all are

They want things to get so bad we beg for them to intervene (global police state regulated by AI)

Buckle up

Defund the police (old police)
Fund the “new police”

New boss is the old boss...
