The US taxpayer is still funding every bit of it. None of that money goes back to the US treasury. You could argue that it's being paid out to US workers, but not even half of that is going to be going back to employees.
In the end you have you and I footing the bill for Raytheon to become one of the most powerful corporations in the world and paying for perpetual war.
