Seattle is having a peaceful transition of power.
The duly elected mayor freely gave up a section of the city without use of force to an opposition party.
The appointed Chief of Police ordered the facility vacated to peacefully make way for the Mayor's ordered peaceful transition.
There is no insurrection. There is no conflict. Local police and local government packed their shite and left and handed over the keys.
