If I were the decision-maker, such as Trump, I would allow the state and local govts take care of this business. I would not inject FedGov LE or armed force UNLESS, and here is my Demand for FedGov armed assistance:
The Governor of Wash State and the Mayor of Seattle separately hold a press conference that THEY require to be viewed on all network and cable TV channels.
Second, in this press conference, they accurately outline the problem that they are facing, they honestly describe the consequences if the problem is not solved, and finally,
they politely ask President Trump to "end this armed terrorist rebellion against Seattle and the State of Washington."
Trump should not inject himself into that situation until all of the proper groundwork is laid to allow him maximum political benefit from that particular situation.

Posse comitatus isn't in the Constitution, it's federal law. And that federal law has been amended to allow the President of the United States to send in troops in places where local and state governments have failed, or shown an inability or lack desire, to uphold law and order, thus depriving American citizens of their Fourteenth Amendment Constitutional right of equal protection under the law.
In fact, what I just wrote is a straight paraphrase of that law.

He's not going to walk into a trap laid by the left. They tried to trap him last week with "using the military" and getting a Kent State 2.0 moment. He did not fall for it. Federal agents quietly cleaned the streets of the agitators. Seattle is a leftist cancer. If they want the Feds help, they will need to specifically request it.
