I agree with you that voters bear ultimate responsibility actually, well beyond the Ronna issue
I just don't think you'll fall back to this "blame voters" tactic in other situations and it's just a convenient option to deflect blame from the person who effectively kept her in her role.

Now tell us how many times Ronna went to Ohio or Kentucky? It’s not her job for these local govt elections. She’s in a worthless position yet ppl love to take the easy way out and blame her and not the voters. End of the day it comes down to the voters and that area.
