Why is Manafort tampering with witnesses and obstructing justice if Trump will pardon him?

Liberals and Never trumpets kept telling us that Trump pardoning people was to remind his friends that he will get them out and/or they’ve back channeled on this because Manafort is going to flip without a pardon.

from what I understand the tampering charge is suspect at best but honest Bob wants him in Jail until the trial in Sept.
If the rules the FBI/DOJ use against us were used against them wonder how may of them would be in Jail. Hell they don't even lose their job !!!

I suspect that Trump is angry at Manafort because he's a pain in Trump's arse because of the things he's being accused of.
Manafort probably realizes he's on his own.
