When only 9% of it is actually going to covid relief
Shouldn’t it be called the “spending exorbitant amounts of money we don’t have on Democrat pet projects while breaking off a few peanuts for the victims of a biological weapon we created to strong arm a duly elected President out of office”.... Bill?
