Yes, because all Democrat presidents were known for actively seeking out judicial nominees who would rule against Democrat Party initiatives and goals.
And you actually think if DJT came out today with a “no big deal” shrug of the shoulders that most GOP voters would be ok with it too.
Interesting stuff you got going on in that noggin upstairs.

Everyone is not.
Liberals are rejoicing at the latest rulings and the likely rulings to come.
But keep in mind Liberals hated the courts and wanted to a add seats when RvW was overturned so their liberals agenda could be steam rolled through.
Liberals are masters at stacking the courts with political activists to get what they want. Conservatives are way behind in the game and kind of clumsy in trying to catch up.

Boy, looks like this thread is going to attract a ton of smug left-wing loons.
I think I'll depart from what is already becoming a garbage thread.
Yep, smart move.
They're already starting.

The same reason the Republicans do while they still have power.
I can only hope the senate Republicans kill the filibuster and codify Trump's agenda items and pass the Save America Act. Unfortunately we won't be that lucky.

Didn’t Trump nominate 3 of them?
Yeah, back when he had snake in the grass backstabbing Deep State RINOs "advising" him during his first term.
frick you.

Clickbait article titles are the only research a lot of people do. But in reality, the SC is majority conservative, and therefore trustworthy.

Well, she's definitely not a right-winger. If you believe that you're fricking retarded. JBE was pro-life too but he wasn't anything close to being conservative on any other issue. He was a commie on everything else.

The only reason Trump is even mad is the Carroll case, which no one else on either side would even care about, and wouldn't have gone this far, if his name weren't on it.
Think about this: The only reason the vast majority of people are paying any attention to the actual SCOTUS rulings is because Trump got mad about them not making a ruling on a totally personal case that otherwise they would have absolutely nothing to do with.

Somebody drafted Jamarcus Russell so not sure what your point is?

Yes. I absolutely believe if DJT said, "No big deal, guys, we will still achieve our agenda," (even though the agenda changes daily) his base would 100% eat it up and decide SCOTUS has no real power.

Why do you think the dems talk of killing the filibuster, and packing the SC once they gain power again in the senate and whitehouse?

If you agree with a SCOTUS judge’s vote 100% of the time you have a horrible SCOTUS judge.

THEY ARE STILL COUNTING BALLOTS IN CALIFORNIA. HOW LONG AGO WAS THAT FRAUD ELECTION?
It's insane and not what the founders of our country ever wanted for elections

After the past few days, I would never have believed I would be upvoting a ronricks post, but here we are.

Oh God damn, a fricking leftist whining about this thought?
The ONLY Justices who are EVER in doubt are Republican appointed ones. Every leftist Justice is a lockstep political a-hole exactly as you describe.
