When did the federal judge to rule on it? You seem to have an issue determining state and federal laws.

This is overblown. It’s more like small pockets from a Muslim standpoint.

Asians have been here for a while, and definitely have entire areas where you’d feel out of place. But that’s similar to most big cities.

But the Indians.. they have just exploded everywhere around DFW. Prosper and Celina are about to have new high schools that are 75% Indian. Coppell, even Southlake. And those aren’t even the areas with the most concentration. Frisco and Plano are insane.

Here is a break down of Frisco ISD (independent school district) demographics. Indians and middle easterners are the majority there. 44% Asian is 90% middle eastern and Indian demographics. It is real.

You would be so wrong on the Data Engineers and Data Analyst side. Kubernetes guys are Cloud/DevOps Engineers and a good many of them are coming via India and West Africa.

Never heard of them referred to Kubernetes Engineers. Kubernetes is just one of the tools used for the cloud. Usually used for pushing out Docker images. True. Americans can learn Kubernetes, but they better understand the Full Stack first and probably how to build the pipelines and manage them. Americans overall are pretty lazy when learning that end whereas the guys from Cameroon and Nigeria come to the US knowing it. There are a few universities in Cameroon especially that really teach it well. All staffed by French instructors

No one is recruiting Brain Surgeons, astro physicists or rocket scientists through the H1B system. But there aren't enough American training or qualified for the amount of work on hand and the amount demanded in the tech / data field. Americans think that they can just be good in Power BI for example, and the likes and be good enough. It's not. The Indians start teaching Python in high school and how to use it for extracting data and by college they are incorporating tools like PySpark, etc while ours are still fumbling around trying to master C and C++. And Palantir.....forget it the real whizes are all Indians either in ATL, DFW or at the Pentagon where they have quietly fast tracked a lot of citizenship requests so that they can justify Clearances....this has been going on for at least 8-10 years.
