I only failed if you don’t believe my pic is the real Oval Office or that Biden hasn’t had access to the real oval.

Why are you so afraid to admit that’s what you think?

Why are you so afraid to admit that between our two points of evidence, I showed him without one and so did you? Or put another way, you showed a call button without a POTUS.

It's okay to admit you're wrong dude. It's called being honest.

So everything that is in your house, you don’t have those things unless they are directly next to you? Are you really going to be this obtuse?

In other words, no, you cannot admit to being wrong.

Reminds me of how in the movies if you have a character that's wearing the military uniform it's required by law that the uniform not be an exact replica of a real military uniform. It's illegal. Impersonating a government official.

Where do you come up with this stupid shite?

Read Schacht v. United States, 398 U.S. 58 (1970)

When you follow the sources you do you are going to have to do a modicum of due diligence or you are going to keep looking stupid.

Here is the picture of the Oval Office now that Biden is POTUS. Note the USSS call box in the table which I have highlighted then notice behind the desk it is Biden's family photos and the Chavez bust. If you need a larger version you can reverse image search get the one from National Review and put it Paint or similar and blow it up very large.

something that sticks out to me is how did they order a new rug and get it placed in the Oval in such a short period of time? when Trump took over you could see all of the Obama decorations in the room. they remodeled the room later, changing the wall paper etc

no conspiracy just wondering how they did it? the new rug is identical to the WJC rug

Maybe it is the Clinton rug. The White House is also a "museum" they do not throw out things like furniture, rugs, decorations, paintings, and etc they become part of the permanent collection. Just like most museums have 10 times the number of accessions in their collection than on display so does the White House. When a new or existing POTUS redecorates they often use many pieces from the permanent collection along with new items.

Oh, nice. Another empty room photo with the box on a side table. But the photo of Biden at the desk shows no box.

I feel like maybe you guys have been scouring the web for a photo of Biden and the box, but can't find one.

That one poster, CA, already pointed out how Obama carried it out of the Oval Office with him. Y'all's brain trust has provided two empty room photos of the box but no POTUS, while I have given you guys multiple photos of Presidents who keep it right by their side. Are you telling me that every POTUS sans Biden wanted to be able to alert USSS at the touch of a finger except Biden? Biden is going to have to get up from behind the desk, run over to the side table and push the button in the case of an emergency? Shiiiiittt, there are currently 60,000 troops in DC supposedly worried about some sort of threat.

Keep digging. Mickey promised to bring a photo of Biden + box here for review when he finds one.

Maybe now is a good time to ask again why Biden wasn't flown to DC aboard AF1 and instead had to take a private plane.

Are you going to continue to ignore the whole Diet Coke angle here?

quote:

"With the push of a red button placed on the Resolute Desk that presidents have used for decades, a White House butler soon arrived with a Coke for the president," the AP reported at the time.

I realize that but I am pretty sure the WJC rug is in the clinton library, I have seen it. I seem to remember somethings are replicas (the art and the furniture) but other things are real in the POTUS Libraries

the painting on the receptionist side (facing the desk on the left) is identical to the one in the WJC library as well. the painting in the WJC library is definitely a replica, the WH Foundation owns all the artwork.

pretty amazing that they wouid have emptied the room and reset it that day, that is not the norm at all

they changed the rug, the art, the flags and the lamps. not sure about the curtains, hard to tell

Do all Presidents recycle a lot of the same decorations / statues? The bush bookshelf and the Trump bookshelf both have those red plates and that white bookend. The other pictures all have some sort of bust also.

I read they had something like 4-5 hours to redecorate the room. I’d imagine that is usually not the case because the sitting president is still there the whole time.

This time, trump had left early that morning which never happens.

Schrödinger's USSS call box.

When Biden is in the Oval office by himself he both has and does not have access to the USSS box simultaneously.

Argument solved.

Move along.

the rug can be copied, no doubt, and ithe original WJC rug could have been in storage

just amazed they got it all switched out so fast, they would have to take everything out and then reconfigure the room. that is no small task

just taking out that desk must have been a bitch

ETA Imagine clearing that room, rolling up trumps big arse rug, getting it out then unrolling the clinton big arse rug and setting it then smoothing it

then putting everything back in

damn
