Because in today’s fricked up world, “diversity” is a euphemism for overrepresentation of the self-designated victim classes.

Now since everyone and anything can identify as what they want, the nfl has a solution.
Example: for the 1st 8 games next season, sauce gardner is going to be identifying as a 4'11 transexual Chinese lesbian and the 2nd 8 he is identifying as a 5'11 Caucasian male.
If he makes the playoffs he gets to be himself. But if he makes the Superbowl he picks his identity out of a hat

Why aren’t DEI administrators, managers, etc. ever white. DEI is an excuse to pay unqualified black people, usually women, large sums of money for nothing.

Because DEI does not matter if whitey is the one getting shafted. Look at the last 3 (maybe 4) Super Bowl halftime shows. One of them had 2 white people out of about 200 dancers and singers on stage. One of them was Eminem, the other was a trombone player. And yes, I pay attention to it, because racism is constantly shoved down our throats 24/7.
But with the SC decision this summer and 30 states banning or working to ban DEI, with a record number of blacks leaning Republican compared to the last 60 years (I’m talking like, 15% compared to 10% here), it just seems like it’s on its way out. They had to see that coming eventually. You can’t shaft white people forever, especially 60 years removed from the Civil Rights movement, and expect them to just bend over and take it, and feel perpetual guilt. It’s not feasible.

Everything about this is 100% accurate from what I have seen. It’s so obvious the dei offices are filled with incompetent women that can’t work a real job.
