Maybe so. Neo Marxist who basically laid the the groundwork for the shite show we have today were the ones who moved Marx theory from economics to culture and were really fricking frightened of fascism which makes sense I guess because they were all German Jews. The problem was they let this fear influence their philosophy which has become a religion being acted on to convert our republic into a theocracy. We live in Herbert Marcuse world if you read repressive tolerance or one demential man.
All that to say even if you’re right, the first philosophers or as I think is more accurate theologians, to identity the idea of infiltration of pop culture being needed to achieve their goals of western revolution was in the 60s.

It's not new. They remade 'The Wizard Of Oz" back in 78 and called it "The Wiz".
Starred:
Diana Ross as Dorothy
Michael Jackson as the Scarecrow
Nipsy Russel as the Tinman
Ted Ross as Fleetwood Coupe de Ville
Lena Horne as Glinda the Good
Richard Pryor as The Wiz
Mabel Kind as Evilene

And it flopped, horribly, on screen though it did well on stage.
And there is a difference between making Black To The Future and making a Back To The Future remake with the McFly family now being the Fly family.

It makes up for all the white guys who played Indians.

This argument is wrong. They won’t stop because it’s not about money anymore to them. They will be funded regardless to continue to carry out a mission to subvert everything we love and create more converts to their religion. The same is true for their other pillars they wrote about a long time ago telling us about the family, education, law, media, politics. It’s their idea of cultural hegemony and these institutions can’t be saved like a leg with a gangrene. The other poster in this thread mentioned Eric July and I think he’s had the best takes on this issue, albeit he doesn’t mention any of the philosophy, where he lays out the only the path forward is a completely parallel economy and set of institutions.

Is it political or just lazy?
Here's the same story from 50 years ago, but wait! She/He's black!
Give it another decade and Annie, 007 and Pocahontas will be a tranny.

When did Spider-Man get swapped?

This infantile idea that I can’t “relate” to a fictional character unless we are the same gender/race/etc.

TV commercials have swung so far to one particular race that it’s just plain funny now.

James Bond is supposed to be an Englishman, it just doesn't make sense otherwise for these characters not to be white.
Not that I don't agree with most of what you're saying but they haven't announced the next James Bond yet, and the most likely actor to take over is apparently Henry Cavill, who is English. Tom Hardy is in the mix as well. Heck, even if they go with Idris Elba, he's well fit for the role from a character standpoint and is English, so it wouldn't be a let's make him black for the sake of it kind of thing.
As for Spiderman, if the Miles Morales character is the one you're referencing, that character has been around for a while and is part of a multiverse storyline, and you can't call that replacing a character.

It's flat out comical how there is basically never a white male in a primetime commercial anymore. And if there is, they're portrayed in a multiracial relationship or gay.

Every family in America is an interracial gay couple according to commercials. With multiple biracial children one of them probably somehow grew a uterus to produce.

Cavill would be a great Bond. Check out Man from UNCLE if you haven’t seen it.

Literally the CRT argument. Past racism requires modern racism.
I think we can all look back and think white washing movies and TV like that was shitty. But short of a time machine, there's no way to go back and fix that. Black and brown washing modern stories does nothing for those actors who missed opportunities in the past.
And sticking them into traditional white roles actually is insulting to them as well. Plus, why not create modern stories that stem from black and brown cultures? Why stick black people in a Thor movie on Asgard when Asgard is clearly Norse inspired lore, when you can easily find some really cool and yet unexplored African myth that would make a great story and vehicle for predominantly black actors if that's what you want?
Literally everyone wins in that case. Fans of old IPs get to keep them consistent with the canon they loved, black people aren't pandered to by having to slip on the sloppy seconds of white people in order to be relevant, and potential unknown minority stories get told thus offering opportunities for minority actors to make names for themselves in these unique roles.

Well to put a finer point on it, they're looking to erase whiteness from historical achievement. The rest of it, they'll keep.

They are fairly rare.
Just as likely to get a Pakistani James Bond if you are going by demographics of the UK.
87% white, 7% Asian, 3% black, 2.9% mixed or other.
