Why would the government declare war on the Constitution?

Because that is the main planks of the dim party. They hate the constitution.

“Gun control” is used because it’s more palatable as a propaganda word.

This makes sense.

Taken down? Why is everything a fight?

It's interesting that nothing else is framed as something that needs to be controlled. I guess you don't think that's interesting but does that mean you need to lash out at me?

edit: it's funny that the knee jerk descriptor for me, a woman, is "emotional," but people like you get emotional and lash out when you read something you don't like.

Cain didn't need a gun to kill Abel.

There's a war on poverty. That's a liberal cause, too.

Your party supporting single parent homes and a welfare system with no father available except your god, daddy government. This leads to lower education opportunities, less discipline in the home, and reliance on the people you hate to fund them.

The byproducts of these scenarios then resort to things like violent crimes (gun crimes, for the spirit of the OP), thus causing a "crisis" where people like you then want to disarm those of us who are responsible gun owners/tax payers.

If your wet dream of disarming the populace ever came to fruition, I have no doubt you would NEVER venture into the ghetto where the vast majority of these crimes are committed to take the guns. You wouldn't dream of it. You would use the same forces you did during Covid to come after the suburbs and take them there.

You really make this too easy.

Can you link a post of mine that advocates for restrictions on guns? Thanks.

Oh, and I live in a city. Not a suburb.

I didn’t suggest a fight. I was referring to your arguments. Check your emotion at the door.

I offered my real opinion of your arguments over time. Admittedly I don’t think much of you (intellectually) or them. But it’s not personal. It’s a commentary on what you post.

Lol, you got to emotional before I did. This shows you knew that you were being emotional.

"they play"??

It's inspiring to see you use the proper pronoun. You are becoming enlightened, inch by inch.

Because it's more palatable for Americans who largely disagree with wide bands and confiscation.

"War on guns" - while fairly accurate for the progressive position - would make it harder for them to posture that "they're not interested in coming for your guns."

What argument did I make in the OP? Funny that you're accusing me of being emotional when I essentially asked why you're rude. Very on brand for the poli board.

No you didn't. You lashed out because words on a screen triggered you.

Going for the "I know you are but what am I?" approach, eh?

It seems like "War on gun violence" would be palatable and persuasive, no? More so than "gun control" imo.

I must have missed the part in the bill of rights that pertained to "the right to distribute illegal narcotics".

1) Why does this matter to you?
2) Gun violence is equally as stupid of a term as "birthing person".
