I don’t need an AR-15, but you do need a question mark.

No one needs an AR-15 to go hunting or to protect your home and family. There are other guns that you can go hunting with and protect your family and home that are not assault style weapons.

But the gun nuts have this mental illness where they think that if AR-15s are banned that means their 12 gauge and .38 snub nose are going to be taken away. When they are not. The NRA, Gun Lobby and Gun manufacturers have just figured out how to make a lot of money by creating fear.

Would an AR have been a good home defense gun after Katrina?

Bless your heart. Instead of latching onto one specific type of rifle, explain what specific feature of an ar-15 is something I, as a law abiding citizen, should be prohibited from having available to me?

If you were serious about reducing gun deaths, you wouldn’t be trying to disarm law abiding citizens. They aren’t the ones committing the crimes.

Partly because they are a fun weapon to have but mostly because of people like you.

At this point it's not a need it's a want.

Why do you need anything other than food, shelter and clothing?

I have a serious question for you.

I want you to at least attempt to answer honestly:

If there are no threats a citizen could face in the United States that might call for an AR-15 type weapon, why are they utilized by law enforcement?

I just don't understand why Cruz killed 17 people.

Do you think the possession of said firearms made him shoot 17 people?

Could have had done it with a shotgun, a handgun, pressure cooker bomb, a machete, gasoline and a match, etc...

He made the decision to murder (against the law) 16 people and his twisted mind and actions did that, not some vilified inanimate object.

And many of those other firearms use the same round as the AR15, the Ruger Mini14 for example, and can have the same magazine capacity as the AR15, is the AR15 a problem because it is black and scary looking?
