Seems like black on white crime isn't ever labeled a hate crime. I can't remember the last one that was. That will skew the stats

Hate crimes were set up to increase sentencing for crimes against black people and gays. It's not unusual that white people are prosecuted more under that legislation.

And where are you getting your statistic that 100% of hate crimes by white folk are committed black folk? Hate crimes can be committed against the same race, for differences of religion, sexuality, or many other reasons.

Not only that, but what this stupid frick doesn't grasp is by definition of "hate crime", whites cannot commit a hate crime against roughly 60% of the population. The reason blacks are disproportionately affected by this is by virtue of the selection bias imbued by the definition, for a hate crime to even be labeled as such, they (or Asians, latinos, whatever) have to be the target.

Most serial killers are white males. Saying 'vast majority' was slightly off as 60-65% probably does not count as a vast majority

When real hate crimes start being reported as hate crimes then I will start paying attention to the hate crime stats.
