That's one interpretation, but it's really a stretch that implies good intent versus ill intent. The civilization created by Europeans required immense cooperation and planning. It became formidable because of that cooperation and planning. Harsh climates make tribes stronger, or they die.

The reality is that Africans didn't "decide not to" plunder other regions. They never developed a civilization or superior technology capable of plundering others.

Posting from Crystal City VA (DC), but live on Oahu. No idea what the average IQ comparison is from either location. That said, my premise is that a state-to-state comparison is not as useful as breaking it down further, looking at localized voting trends and demographics- there's a reason CNN was waiting to "call" the election in certain states on election night until the urban districts were in......

There's just differences in the races. It'd be better if everyone could accept it.

I didn't mean to come across as a personal dig. I just thought the quip about "inner city NY" seemed a bit misplaced, if you thought about it for a second. It's likely one of the denser concentrations of high IQs in the country, and that has not much to do with any correlation to political persuasions. In other words, I'm with you on the general premise behind such a silly exercise.
