Progressive: Massachusetts has a higher IQ than Louisiana, therefore MA is better/smarter

Also progressive: IQ is a meaningless construct

in/out group bias will always exist, but how we create those groups has changed with humanity taking a major step the past 500 years or so

that's why i added the part about how white people are identifying based on race and even chosen social constructs. YA pointed out, and i agree, that whites are segregating on class/cultural lines. those comments about black people and racial identification were more of a "black people need to move in that direction" commentary

Yep. Skin pigmentation is a relatively recent way of defining your tribe. And it's one of the silliest too.
