Just curious, would you consider "not wanting to use US taxpayer dollars to support the expansion or defense of Israel" a Leftist position?

How many billions of people have died due to this ideological myth? The left are certain just around the corner, that this time, socialism will work out...despite it's core tenants being contrary to human nature...that if only we had just the right amount of force/pressure/violence that we can achieve the blessings of Marxism.

I tend to think of those who push socialism as a) dumb youth who have no scratch in the game b) someone who has figured out a way to shill socialism for personal gain.

Alot of American "Jews" (maybe even the majority) are phony as frick. It's the new "I'm part Cherokee on my grandmother's side."
What lies before you is simply a basic white liberal. Basic white liberals can't stand not having special victim status because they think special victim status inflates the importance of their opinions. They all check off boxes that they think give them special victim status but can't be objectively verified outside their self-diagnosis.
Jewish? Check.
Non-binary? Check.
Autism spectrum? Check.
Neuro-divergent? Check.
Fibromyalgia disability? Check.
What lies before you is simply a basic white liberal. They tend to be secular, upper-middle class, highly-educated, and based in densely populated blue cities with HCOL. As a result, they skew largely towards the Democratic Party.
Years ago, when Jewish immigrants came to NYC during WW2, they wanted a better life for their families. They were extremely tight knit and put heavy emphasis on work ethic. Parents pushed their kids to go into higher education and pursue careers in law, medicine, or finance. That helped them accrue wealth but at the same time it created a sense of security that shielded them from normal problems that working-class families have. This is where the “guilt” complex comes in for liberals. Italians have a propensity to fall into this category as well unfortunately.

Under no circumstances has socialism ever been shown to be sustainable model. PERIOD
Of course nobody in Europe has a standing army worth a darn because we pay for their defense so all that money can go to protect them but otherwise you could not be more wrong

Because through the left, they can subvert our people. If they can't fit people into the sexual side of victimhood (lgbtqia+pedo), then they'll get you as an autistic victim. If they can't convince you to be autistic, they'll make you a victim of racism, OR guilty of racism. (and on and on the list goes).
The right is not so easily programmed, as they have a framework of morality driven by a faith. Much harder to persuade. Besides, the religious already worship the jews and israel. It serves them poorly to pander to the right.
They know how to play the game.

In that context, European-style socialism only sows weakness and subservience
Latvia is not socialist. There is no true socialist country in Europe. All are Democratic Republics with overarching social programs. This is not even close to socialism.

We do have a lot of socialistic policies in place, yes. Not as much as the Europeans with their nationalized industries, but some.
