I was thinking about this in depth this past weekend haha and about starting a thread on it. I’m generally curious as well and having insight from some older PT members that were around would be great.

We fought the war to stop communism from expanding but McCarthy lost the greatest battle of them all. He failed to stop out the cancer that is communism aka progressivism aka Democratic Socialism in America.
They should have been hunted down and shot in the streets like dogs.

I have a relative with the 1000-yard stare, still. I have friends that lost their dads. JFK didn't want to go. LBJ gave "them" their war. Vietnam Vets have lost more and deserve the most respect than any other war the US has fought since 1812.
