My assumption is they "stopped" counting, but didnt actually stop. They just kicked out the observers and boarded up the windows.
Then when count was complete and they knew how many votes were needed for a Biden win those ballots were pulled out of closets, car trunks and from under tables. Those ballots were then run through and Voilà Biden "wins".

I vividly remember the vote count stopping in states because it was an immediate WTF moment for me in that election. I was in Malaysia which is 13 hours ahead of CST. The polls were closing when I woke up and I watched the news all day my time. Suddenly in the wee hours US time while most of the country was asleep all of the votes came in for Biden. Was obvious the fix was in.

Its funny that we were better at counting votes in the 1980s with mechanical voting machines and paper charts than we are in 2023.

I recall that around 2AM there was a lot of confusion on those areas from reporters on whether they were counting again or not. I remember a few hours after they "stopped counting" there were reporters saying there was word that counting had began again, or something prompted them to try and confirm if counting had resumed.
There was definitely activity around that time in the morning that prompted the news outlets to seek confirmation, so there was still something happening in the buildings.

After the last 3 years, does anybody have any doubts that this radical left regime is fully capable of stealing elections? They clearly have no integrity, no honor, no values, no decency. This is a marxist regime. Stealing an election is no problem whatsoever. I have no doubts the election was stolen.
